Depending on the situation, a decision will be made as to whether or not treatment is required immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The most common accidents involve minor to moderate fractures of anterior teeth; very rarely, the entire tooth may be knocked out (avulsion). Ideally, you should quickly place the fractured fragment or the whole tooth in a tooth rescue box (Dentosafe Box), which you can buy in any pharmacy. If you do not have a tooth rescue box available, place the fragment or tooth in milk. It is very important not to clean the fragment or the knocked-out tooth and to touch it carefully! Contact your dentist or the dental emergency service immediately afterwards.<\/p>\n\n<p>Even if you suffer a dental accident and no damage is visible, you should visit the dentist so that the accident can be reported to the accident insurance company.
